Maarc Die Separator

It is the final product that would be applied to a die prior to the formation of the wax pattern. It is an ideal release agent for wax, porcelain, and composite materials.

INDICATION:

• Used in casting as a releasing agent for the moulds from the cast.

Features

• Increases film formation and wetting on the mold surface at the very high temperatures produced during the die casting process
• Excess of die lubricant  fails to evaporate, leading to porosity inside the casting and poor surface finishing of the part.
