Description

EndoMatic is mainly used in Endodontic treatment. It is a cordless
endo motor with root canal measurement capability. It can be used as
an endo motor for the preparation and enlargement of root canals, or a device for measuring canal length. It can be used to enlarge the canals while
monitoring the position of the file tip inside the canal. One of the notable features of the EndoMatic is its cordless and portable design, providing convenience and flexibility during procedures. The motor handpiece of the EndoMatic is equipped with a lithium battery with a capacity of 3.7V and 2000mAh. This high-capacity battery ensures long-lasting operation without the need for frequent recharging. To power the device, a power adapter is included in the package. The input range of the adapter is ~100V-240V, supporting worldwide usage. It operates at a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz with a maximum input current of 400mA. The output is DC5V/1A, providing a stable and reliable power supply to the device. The torque range of the EndoMatic is specified as 0.4Ncm to 5.0Ncm (4mNm to 50mNm). This wide range allows dental professionals to select the appropriate torque level for different treatment requirements, ensuring precise and controlled root canal preparation. The device is designed to operate within specific environmental parameters. The operating temperature should be maintained between 5°C and 40°C to ensure optimal performance. The relative humidity should fall within the range of 30% to 75%, while the atmospheric pressure should be between 70kPa and 106kPa. Adhering to these environmental conditions ensures the device functions reliably and consistently.

Contraindication
Patients with implanted pacemakers (or other electrical equipment)
who are warned not to use household appliances such as electric razors,
hair dryers, etc. are not recommended to use this device.

• CW Mode: The motor handpiece rotates forward 360º, clockwise direction. Used
• CCW Mode: The motor handpiece rotates counterclockwise direction only. This mode is used to inject calcium hydroxide and other mendicant. When this mode is being used, double-beep sounds continuously
• REC Mode: Reciprocating mode.
• ATR Mode: Adaptive Torque Reverse function
• EAL Mode: This mode is for canal measurement. The motor handpiece does not run in this mode.

Direction to Use

Charging the Device:

• • Place the motor handpiece on the charging base.
  • Ensure that the power adapter is connected to the charging base and plugged into a power outlet.
  • The LED indicator on the charging base will illuminate, indicating that the device is charging.
  • Allow the device to charge fully before use.

Assembling the Components:

• • Attach the contra-angle to the motor handpiece firmly.
  • Ensure that the contra-angle is securely fastened to avoid any movement during use.

Powering On the EndoMatic:

• • Press the power button on the motor handpiece to turn on the device.
  • The LED display will activate, indicating that the device is powered on and ready for use.

Adjusting the Settings:

• • Use the buttons or controls provided on the device to adjust the speed and torque settings according to your requirements.
  • Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on adjusting specific settings.

Using the EndoMatic for Root Canal Preparation:

• • Select the appropriate file or instrument for root canal preparation.
  • Gently insert the instrument into the canal, ensuring it is properly positioned.
  • Activate the device by gently pressing the foot pedal or using the designated controls.
  • Carefully maneuver the contra angle to navigate and prepare the root canal as needed.
  • Monitor the progress and adjust the settings if necessary for optimal results.

Using the EndoMatic for Canal Length Measurement:

• • Ensure that the built-in electrode of the contra-angle is in contact with the canal.
  • Activate the measurement mode by selecting the appropriate setting on the device.
  • Slowly insert the contra-angle into the canal until the desired measurement is obtained.
  • Read the measurement displayed on the device’s LED display.

Powering Off the EndoMatic:

• • Once you have completed the treatment or measurement, deactivate the device by pressing the power button on the motor handpiece.
  • Ensure that the device is turned off before disconnecting or storing it.

Warranty

• Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 1 Year as applicable for this product.

• Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
