Direction to Use

  • Select the appropriate bur from the kit based on the stage of veneer preparation—start with depth cutters for uniform enamel reduction.
  • Insert the bur into a high-speed FG handpiece ensuring it is securely seated.
  • Initiate depth cuts using the corresponding burs (usually with depth markers) to control enamel reduction to 0.3–0.7 mm depending on the veneer design.
  • Join the depth cuts using the tapered or chamfer burs to create a smooth reduction plane.
  • Refine margins and contour
  • Finish and smooth the preparation using fine-grit burs to enhance surface quality before impression or scanning.
  • Maintain constant water spray throughout the procedure to avoid overheating and ensure patient comfort.
  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all used burs after the procedure as per standard infection control protocols.
