Direction to Use

Preparation:

• Ensure all mixing tools and surfaces are clean and dry before starting.
• Measure the required amount of water and die stone powder. The recommended water-to-powder ratio is essential for optimal results.

Mixing:

• Pour the measured water into a clean mixing bowl.
• Gradually add the Kalabhai Ultra Rock Die Stone powder to the water.
• Mix thoroughly for 30-60 seconds using a mechanical mixer or manually until a smooth, homogenous mixture is achieved. Avoid air bubbles.

Pouring:

• Carefully pour the mixed die stone into the mold or impression.
• Use gentle vibration to eliminate any trapped air bubbles and ensure complete coverage.

Setting:

• Allow the die stone to set. Initial setting time is rapid, typically within a few minutes.
• Wait for at least 30 minutes to ensure full hardness before removing the model from the mold.

Finishing:

• Trim and finish the model as required.
• The model is now ready for further processing, such as wax pattern building. The coating remains stable and does not disassociate under heat.

Storage:

• Store the unused Kalabhai Ultra Rock Die Stone powder in a dry, cool place.
