Direction to Use
Preparation:
Ensure all mixing tools and the mixing bowl are clean and dry to avoid contamination. Use distilled or deionized water for best results.Water/Powder Ratio:
Mix 100g of Kalrock Diestone with 22–24 ml of water (as recommended by the manufacturer).Mixing:
Slowly add the powder to the measured water.
Mix manually for about 10 seconds to ensure all powder is wet.
Follow with mechanical mixing under vacuum for 20–30 seconds to eliminate air bubbles and achieve a smooth, homogenous mix.
Pouring:
Pour the mix gently into the impression using vibration to prevent air entrapment and ensure accurate detail reproduction.Setting:
Allow the stone to set undisturbed for at least 30–45 minutes before separating it from the impression.
