Description

DPI Heat Cure Liquid 4 Litre Tin is a dental-grade acrylic monomer formulated for use with DPI Heat Cure Powder in the fabrication of complete and partial denture bases. It is designed for heat-processed acrylic systems where strength, accuracy, and long-term durability are critical. The liquid provides consistent mixing and allows the acrylic mass to reach an ideal dough stage for precise packing during flasking procedures.

When cured under controlled heat and pressure, the material polymerizes into a dense, strong, and dimensionally stable acrylic resin. The finished denture base demonstrates a smooth surface finish, good color stability, and resistance to staining and wear, ensuring long-lasting prosthetic performance. Its reliable polymerization helps minimize porosity, improving both strength and aesthetics. Supplied in a 4-litre tin, this pack is well suited for high-volume dental laboratories and institutions. DPI Heat Cure Liquid supports efficient workflows, predictable processing, and professional-quality results in routine denture fabrication.

Direction to Use

Preparation

  • Clean the denture flask and ensure the mold space is free from debris. Apply a suitable separating medium and allow it to dry completely.

Measuring

  • Measure DPI Heat Cure Powder and Liquid according to the manufacturer-recommended ratio to achieve proper dough consistency.

Mixing

Pour the liquid monomer into a clean mixing jar. Gradually add the powder and mix until a smooth, uniform consistency is obtained.

Dough Stage

  • Allow the material to reach the dough stage before packing. This ensures proper adaptation and reduces porosity.

Packing

  • Pack the acrylic dough into the mold cavity evenly. Close the flask under pressure to remove excess material.

Heat Curing

  • Place the flask in a curing unit and polymerize using the recommended heat-curing cycle under controlled temperature and pressure.

Cooling & Deflasking

  • Allow the flask to cool slowly to room temperature before deflasking.

Finishing

  • Trim, finish, and polish the denture to achieve accurate fit and smooth surface.
