Description
DPI Heat Cure Liquid 275 ml is a dental-grade acrylic monomer designed for use with DPI Heat Cure Acrylic Powder in the fabrication of complete and partial denture bases. It is specifically formulated for heat-processed acrylic systems where strength, accuracy, and long-term durability are essential. When mixed with the corresponding powder, the liquid forms a uniform acrylic dough with ideal handling properties, allowing precise packing during flasking procedures. On curing under controlled heat and pressure, the material polymerizes into a dense, dimensionally stable acrylic resin with minimal porosity. This results in denture bases that exhibit excellent mechanical strength, smooth surface finish, and reliable color stability. The cured acrylic is easy to trim and polish, ensuring patient comfort and aesthetic appeal. Supplied in a convenient 275 ml pack, DPI Heat Cure Liquid is suitable for routine laboratory use, offering consistent performance, predictable processing, and professional-quality outcomes in prosthetic dentistry.

Direction to Use
Flask Preparation
- Clean the denture flask thoroughly and apply a uniform separating medium. Allow it to dry completely to prevent acrylic adhesion.
Measuring
- Measure DPI Heat Cure Acrylic Powder and DPI Heat Cure Liquid in the manufacturer-recommended ratio to achieve proper dough consistency.
Mixing
- Pour the liquid monomer into a clean, dry mixing jar. Gradually add the powder and mix gently until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Dough Stage
- Allow the mix to reach the dough stage before packing. Packing too early or too late may cause porosity or distortion.
Packing
- Pack the acrylic dough evenly into the mold cavity. Close the flask under pressure to eliminate excess material and voids.
Heat Curing
- Place the flask in a curing unit and polymerize using the recommended heat-curing cycle under controlled temperature and pressure.
Cooling
- Allow the flask to cool slowly to room temperature before deflasking to avoid internal stresses.
Finishing
- Trim, finish, and polish the denture base for accurate fit, smooth surface, and patient comfort.
