Installation

• Unboxing:
  • Carefully unpack the machine and all its components. Ensure you have all parts as per the user manual.
• Choosing a Location:
  • Select a stable, dry, and well-ventilated area that can accommodate the machine and provide easy access to power outlets.
• Assembling the Machine:
  • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for assembling the machine. This may involve securing the X-ray tube head to the arm and attaching it to the stand.
  • Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent any movement during operation.
• Electrical Connections:
  • Connect the machine to a suitable power source (230V) using the provided power cable. Ensure that the outlet is grounded to prevent electrical hazards.
  • Confirm that the power consumption (1300 watts) is supported by the electrical circuit.
• Testing:
  • Power on the machine and self-check to ensure all functions are operational.
  • Look for indicator lights and any error messages.

Preparation:

• • Position the patient comfortably in the dental chair and apply a lead apron to protect them from radiation exposure.
  • Gather all necessary equipment, including X-ray film or digital sensors.
• Setting Up:
  • Use the remote control to adjust the X-ray tube head position according to the area to be imaged. Ensure it is at the correct distance and angle.

• Positioning the Patient:

• Exposure:

  • Ensure the operator stands behind a protective barrier or at a safe distance during exposure.
• Post-Exposure:
  • Retrieve the X-ray film or digital image after the exposure.
  • Check the image for clarity and detail to ensure it meets diagnostic standards.
• Clean-Up:
  • After use, turn off the machine and clean any surfaces that may have come into contact with the patient or equipment.
• Routine Maintenance:
  • Regularly inspect the machine for wear and tear. Schedule maintenance checks as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure longevity and reliability.

• Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
• Alpha Dentkart will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
• Alpha Dentkart  and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Alpha Dentkart  may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
