Description
Waldent Advance Sinus Elevation Kit is used to aid in the lifting up of the sinus cavity for implant site preparation.Elevators feature a more round, smooth tip for lifting the sinus with minimal puncture risk.
Contains All the tools required for a crestal sinus elevation from site preparation to graft placement into the elevated sinus prior to implant insertion.
Sinus Lift instruments Used during a sinus lift implantology procedure to separate/reflect the Schneiderian membrane from the maxillary bone and to elevate the membrane. These sinus lift elevators are used for safely lifting the membrane while performing any sinus augmentation surgery or (maxillary sinus surgery).
Simple & easy access to sinus cavity • Broad exposure of bony walls with special instruments

Direct to Use
- Preparation:
- Prepare the patient for the sinus lift procedure according to standard clinical protocols. Ensure proper anesthesia and sterilization of the surgical site.
- Initial Incision and Flap Elevation:
- Make a small incision in the gingival tissue at the surgical site to access the maxillary sinus area.
- Carefully elevate a full-thickness flap to expose the underlying bone and create adequate visibility of the sinus cavity.
- Sinus Floor Elevation:
- Use the sinus lift elevators from the Waldent Advance Sinus Elevation Kit to gently separate and reflect the Schneiderian membrane from the maxillary bone.
- Start with the elevator with a round, smooth tip to minimize the risk of membrane perforation. Use controlled pressure to lift the sinus floor gradually.
- Bone Preparation and Graft Placement:
- Once the sinus membrane is elevated sufficiently, prepare the bony walls of the sinus cavity using the specialized instruments provided in the kit.
- Prepare the bone surface to receive the graft material according to the planned implant size and position.
- Use the instruments in the kit to place the graft material carefully into the elevated sinus cavity. Ensure thorough coverage and stability of the graft material.
- Closure and Post-Operative Care:
- After completing the sinus lift procedure and placing the graft material, carefully reposition the flap over the surgical site.
- Suture the flap securely to promote proper healing and minimize the risk of complications.
- Provide post-operative care instructions to the patient, including pain management and any necessary medications.
- Instrument Care and Sterilization:
- Clean and sterilize all instruments used in the Waldent Advance Sinus Elevation Kit according to manufacturer guidelines and standard infection control practices.
- Ensure instruments are properly maintained and stored between uses to prolong their effectiveness and lifespan.
- Follow-Up:
- Schedule follow-up appointments to monitor healing progress and assess the need for subsequent implant placement or further treatment.
