Direct to Use

Preparation:

  • Ensure the UV chamber is placed on a stable and level surface in a clean environment free from dust and debris.
  • Verify that the chamber is connected to a reliable power supply.
  • Make sure the UV chamber is clean and free from any residues from previous use.

Safety Precautions:

  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety glasses while handling instruments.
  • Avoid direct exposure of eyes and skin to UV light during operation.

Switch on the Main Power Supply:

  • Turn on the main power supply of the UV chamber to activate the UVGI technology. The power indicator should light up, indicating that the chamber is powered on.

Open the Door:

  • Gently open the door of the UV chamber. Avoid swinging it open too forcefully to prevent any damage.

Prepare Instruments:

  • Place the sterilized instruments inside the stainless steel autoclavable trays, ensuring they are arranged in a way that allows proper exposure to the UV light.

Load the Chamber:

  • Carefully place the stainless steel trays with the instruments inside the UV chamber. Make sure the trays do not touch each other or block the UV light’s path.

Close the Door:

  • Once the instruments are loaded, securely close the door of the UV chamber. Ensure it is tightly sealed to allow for effective sterilization.

Start the Sterilization Cycle:

  • Activate the UV sterilization cycle. The duration of the cycle may vary based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and the specific requirements of the instruments being sterilized.

Monitor the Cycle:

  • While the sterilization cycle is in progress, monitor the process to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

Completing the Sterilization:

  • Once the sterilization cycle is complete, the UV chamber may have an indicator or signal to notify you. Wait for the cycle to finish before opening the door.

Safety First:

  • Before opening the door, make sure to switch off the UV chamber to avoid direct exposure to UV light.

Remove Sterilized Instruments:

  • After the cycle is complete and the UV chamber is safe to open, remove the sterilized instruments using proper techniques and handling procedures.

Warranty

  • Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 6 months as applicable for this product.
  • (NO WARRANTY on UV Light, Glass or other internal electrical parts)
  • Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
  • Alpha Dentkart will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
  • Alpha Dentkart and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of the original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
  • Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Alpha Dentkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
  • The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
