Installation & Setup
Site Requirements:
- Pressure Pipeline: Install a corrosion-resistant pipeline with a maximum pressure of 25 kPa and a diameter of 40 mm (ID40). If the main pipeline is 32 mm (De32), use a direct drive pipe for De32 at the connection end.
- Drainage: Ensure the installation area has a floor drain or connects to sewage treatment equipment. The outfall should be at least 200 mm higher than the local drainpipe port.
- Ground Stability: Place the unit on a steady surface with a gradient no greater than 3 degrees.
Connecting Hoses:
Air Inlet Hose:
- Remove the yellow protective seal from the motor’s air inlet.
- Insert the internal recycle hose into the air inlet tube and secure it with a metal hose clamp.
Inlet Hose:
- Connect the pre-placed load-pressure tube to the product inlet using the inlet hose and metal hose clamp.
Exhaust Hose:
- Remove the yellow cover from the exhaust port.
- Attach the exhaust hose and guide the air to the wall exhaust hole or pre-placed exhaust pipe. Ensure the hose can withstand temperatures above 90°C.
Drain Hose:
- Connect one end of the drain hose to the local drainpipe port or sewage treatment equipment using a metal hose clamp.
Signal Connection:
- Connect the signal wire of the suction unit to the pre-placed signal wire of the selector valve in the dental unit.
