Direction to Use

Setup:

• Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a stable, flat surface.
• Ensure the unit is connected to a power source that matches the voltage specifications (AC 110V-120V/60Hz or AC 220V-240V/50Hz).

Prepare the Cleaner:

• Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with water or an appropriate cleaning solution up to the maximum fill line.
• For enhanced cleaning, you may add a small amount of ultrasonic cleaning solution as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Load the Items:

• Place the dental instruments or items to be cleaned into the tank, ensuring they are fully submerged and not overcrowded.
• Use the provided basket or rack if applicable to keep items organized and prevent direct contact with the tank’s surface.

Set the Cleaning Parameters:

• Close the lid securely.
• Turn on the unit using the capacitive touch screen.
• Set the desired ultrasonic power level (60W or 120W) and temperature range (50°C to 60°C) using the control settings.
• Adjust the timer to your preferred cleaning duration (0-30 minutes).

Start Cleaning:

• Press the start button to begin the cleaning cycle.
• The ultrasonic cleaner will emit ultrasonic waves, creating bubbles that remove dirt and debris from the items.

Monitor the Process:

• During the cleaning cycle, you can monitor the progress on the touch screen.
• If needed, you can pause or stop the cleaning process at any time.

Completion:

• Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the unit will automatically stop.
• Open the lid carefully and remove the items using appropriate tools or gloves.

Post-Cleaning:

• Empty the tank and clean it thoroughly with water.
• Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
• Store the ultrasonic cleaner in a dry, safe place.
