Direction to Use
- Ensure that the cartridge and packaging are intact and not damaged before use. Discard any damaged or expired cartridges.
- Select the appropriate needle and syringe for injection, ensuring that they are sterile and compatible with the cartridge.
- Prepare the injection site by following proper aseptic techniques. Clean the site with an appropriate antiseptic solution.
- Remove the protective cap from the cartridge, and attach the needle firmly to the syringe.
- Aspirate and expel a small amount of solution to remove any air bubbles from the syringe.
- Slowly and carefully insert the needle into the desired injection site, ensuring proper placement.
- Aspirate again to ensure the needle is not in a blood vessel. If blood appears, remove the needle and select a new injection site.
- Inject the solution slowly and steadily, taking caution not to exceed the recommended dose.
- During the injection, maintain verbal contact with the patient to monitor their comfort and response.
- After injection, remove the needle from the injection site and apply appropriate pressure or dressing if needed.
- Properly dispose of used needles, cartridges, and other materials according to local regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor the patient closely following administration, paying attention to their vital signs, potential side effects, and any adverse reactions.
