Features
- Neoendo Flex Files are treated with a Gold Thermal Treatment, which significantly improves their cutting efficiency.
- The files feature a triangular cross-section with sharp cutting edges. This design optimizes the file’s ability to cut and shape the canal efficiently.
- Equipped with a non-cutting safety tip, Neoendo Flex Files reduce the risk of apical transportation.
- The files undergo specialized heat treatment methods that enhance their flexibility and resistance to cyclic fatigue.
- Neoendo Flex Files are designed with stable flutes that retain their structure and function even when encountering high stress levels within the canal.
- Neoendo Flex Files come with a straightforward usage protocol that makes them easy to integrate into clinical practice. Their design and performance characteristics support a simple and effective approach to root canal preparation.
Description
NeoEndo Flex Rotary Files are advanced rotary endodontic tools designed to enhance root canal treatment efficiency. Unlike traditional shape memory files, Neoendo Flex Files are crafted with specialized heat treatment to achieve exceptional flexibility and resistance to cyclic fatigue.
Their triangular cross-section with sharp cutting edges improves cutting efficiency and reduces treatment time. The non-cutting safety tip minimizes the risk of apical transportation and facilitates easier navigation of complex canal anatomies.
With a simplified usage protocol, Neoendo Flex Files typically require just 2 to 3 files for most cases, making them an effective choice for efficient and precise endodontic procedures. Their superior flexibility and cutting performance help in managing canal complexity and minimizing debris extrusion.

Direction to Use
- Preparation: Prepare the access cavity and explore the canal using K-Files (#8, #10, or #15) to determine canal anatomy and establish the working length. Ensure that the canal is irrigated before engaging Neoendo Flex Files.
- Initial Canal Preparation: For highly calcified or severely curved canals, start with K-Files (#8 and #10) to begin canal negotiation.
- Using Neoendo Flex Files: Select the appropriate Neoendo Flex File based on canal size:
- Narrow Canals: Use a #20 size Flex File with 4% taper, followed by a #25 size Flex File with 4% taper.
- Medium Canals: Use a #30 size Flex File with 4% taper.
- Wide Canals: Start with a #25 size Flex File with 6% taper, then use a #35 size Flex File with 4% taper.
- Insert the Neoendo Flex File into the canal with a gentle, brushing motion. Do not force the file. Advance the file passively to the point of light resistance, then brush it out of the canal.
- Use the recommended speed and torque settings for your endodontic handpiece.
- Irrigation and Recapitulation: Continuously irrigate the canal throughout the procedure to flush debris and disinfect the canal. Recapitulate with the K-Files if necessary to maintain canal patency.
- Final Steps: Repeat the brushing motion with the Neoendo Flex Files until you achieve the working length. Ensure the canal is properly cleaned and shaped before proceeding with obturation or further treatment.
