Ammdent Glutapex Cleaner 500ml offers high-level disinfection with a balanced composition of 8% w/v Formaldehyde and 7% w/v Glutaraldehyde. It is ideal for emergency disinfection across a variety of materials including metal, glass, steel, porcelain, plastic, ceramic, and rubber. The formulation includes surfactant cleaners for pre-cleaning and an anti-rust agent for material compatibility. Glutaraldehyde’s stability at a slightly acidic pH enhances its sporicidal efficacy while minimizing damage. It polymerizes slowly, killing dried spores within 2 minutes. With bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal, virucidal, and sporicidal activity, it ensures comprehensive microbicidal action. Safety precautions include wearing gloves, protecting eyes from splashes, and using it only in well-ventilated areas.
