Direction to Use
Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the working model or prosthetic surface is clean and free from debris or contaminants before application
Mixing:
- Dispense the required amount of powder and liquid into the provided mixing cup. Use the included measuring tools for accurate proportions (commonly 2.5 parts powder to 1 part liquid). Mix thoroughly with the brush until a uniform, smooth consistency is achieved
Application:
- Apply the mixed resin directly to the intended area using the brush. It can be shaped for frameworks, copings, bars, or patterns for post and core. Ensure precise placement before setting
Curing:
- Allow the material to self-cure at room temperature. Avoid manipulating during curing to prevent distortion
Finishing:
- After setting, trim and polish as required. The pattern is now ready for casting or pressing
Cleanup:
- Clean all instruments immediately after use with appropriate solvents to prevent residue buildup
