Direction to Use
Scouting the Canal:
- Start with a stainless steel K-File 010 for initial exploration.
- Use stainless steel C+ Files 08, 10, 15, ProFinder Files 10, 13, 17, and Pathfiles for further exploration.
Lubrication:
- Apply Glyde for smooth instrument movement and to establish the working length.
Instrument Usage:
- Avoid deep insertion of Sx. If necessary, use Sx with a brushing motion for relocating the canal orifice.
- Enlarge the canal with S1 using a brushing motion, not going deeper than the penetration level of the scouting file.
- Use Pathfile to reach the established working length.
- With a stainless steel file size 15, use S1 with a brushing motion to working length.
- Follow with S2 to working length using a brushing motion.
- Finish with F1, F2, and F3, avoiding brushing actions with finishing files.
- Gauge the foramen diameter with stainless steel files. If larger than 20, use F2 and F3 accordingly.
Caution:
- Do not use Sx deep in the canal.
- Withdraw finishing files immediately when they reach the working length, avoiding brushing actions.
